"Mizzen in Action" is the twelfth episode (part two) of The Powerpuff Girls season six, and the seventy-fifth overall. It aired on August 20, 2004 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Bryan Andrews, directed by John McIntyre, and voice directed by Collette Sunderman.

While a band of pirates look for buried treasure, a time vortex sends them and their quest to the present.

• Mr. Larson is named after storyboard artist Brian Larson.

Errors

• The brute pirate isn't identified by name on-screen, aside from being identified as Katanga in the voice credits, apparently provided by Phil LaMarr, although given that it has several mistakes, the pirate's name could be the unidentified Reginald, although that name is put with Dee Bradley Baker's name.

Everlasting influence

• When McCracken joined the social media platform Twitter in July 2013, he used the handle "CrackMcCraigen."
