"Mime for a Change" is the second part of episode eleven of The Powerpuff Girls season one, and the twenty-third episode overall. It aired on February 3, 1999 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Amy Keating Rogers and Zeke Kamm, and directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and series creator, Craig McCracken.
