Hoagy's Alley is a location in the Top Cat animated television series. It is generally located in New York City and is the residence of Top Cat. This location is also part of Officer Dibble's patrol beat.

Hoagy's Alley has been relocated a few times without explanation, the biggest of all mysteries is in the television movie movie Top Cat and the Beverly Hills Cats, where the alley was instead situated in the Los Angeles area, which is also where it appears in the theatrical movie Scoob! It has also cropped up in Townsville, the hometown of the Powerpuff Girls in The Powerpuff Girls TV series, and Jellystone, where the majority of the Hanna-Barbera universe had been reimagined to life together in the TV series Jellystone!

Description

Hoagy's Ally is a small location situated in a Manhattan city block in between several buildings. Although its exact location is unknown, it is part of the 13th Precinct where Officer Dibble works in. The place is gaurded by white fences, and generally decorated with trash cans and telephone poles. It is notable for being extremely dirty at times, occasionally being littered with garbage as a result of the little maintenance given by Top Cat and his gang.

The location is also where Top Cat lives, acting as both his home (consisting primarily of a trash can he sleeps in) and a hangout spot for his gang. It houses a telephone call box on a pole, which Top Cat frequently uses (namely for prank calling) despite it being made for the police only.

In Scoob!, it was a small alley behind the Takomoto Bowl.
