Happy Go Loopy is the eleventh animated theatrical short of the Loopy De Loop series. It was distributed by Columbia Pictures on March 2, 1961. It was written by Warren Foster and was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Loopy, who is thought to be "Charlie" in a wolf suit, is invited to a costume party, during the time, Loopy thinks he got it made, until they find out he's a real wolf.
