  • Hadji's trademark incantation, "Sim sim salabim", is taken from "Simsalabim"; a magic phrase akin to "Abracadabra" that has been attributed to Danish-born magician Harry August Jansen.[3]
    • "Simsalabim" itself was taken by Jansen from a Danish children's song (Højt på en gren en krage) that he knew of, which in return has its roots in the medieval play A Gest of Robyn Hode.[3]
  • Hadji has been given two surnames so far:
    • In The Real Adventures TV series, his birth name was Hadji Singh.
    • In the Jellystone! TV series, he was called Hadi Quest through marriage to Jonny for some reason.
