"Fli Your Own Supply" is the third episode of Birdgirl season two, and the ninth overall. It aired on June 26, 2022 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by Amanda Lund, produced by Susan Shipsky and Melissa Warrenberg, and directed by Richard Ferguson-Hall.

Meredith uses the new Fl(i) to convert employees' negative thoughts into positive ones, while Birdgirl deals with a new drug problem in Sebbentown.
