Other roles

West is most known for voicing Philip J. Fry, Zapp Brannigan, Hubert J. Farnsworth, and Zoidberg on the Fox animated sitcom Futurama. Before that he was also the voice of Stimpy on The Ren and Stimpy Show and Doug Funnie and Roger Klotz on Doug, both of which aired on Nickelodeon. Behind the scenes

  • In the DVD audio commentary for Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs, Michael Rowe, a writer for the special, just randomly brings up how "[guest actor] David Cross was on a Scooby-Doo episode as himself", which gets a big laugh from everyone, and Billy West responds in a Scooby voice, "Ravid Ross?"
