"Beat Your Greens" is the first part of episode four of The Powerpuff Girls season two, and the thirty-first episode overall. It aired on September 10, 1999 on Cartoon Network. It was written by John McIntyre and Amy Keating Rogers, and directed by Randy Myers and series creator, Craig McCracken.

Right when the girls refuse to eat their broccoli, aliens resembling that very same vegetable come to conquer the Earth. Unfortunately, sheer strength won't defeat the danger this time, but maybe their stomachs will.
