Detailed summary

Memorable quotes

Queen Sarana: You're evil, Diabolyn. By betraying me, you're betraying all Dar-Shan. You leave me no choice but to banish you from Castle Thorinia forever.
Diabolyn: Oh, really? Well, here's a little something to remember me by. I curse this marriage. You and Prince Cavan will have exactly one year together, and when that year has passed, you will lose your husband, your firstborn child, and Dar-Shan will lose the queen.
Queen Sarana: From this day forward a have no sister.
