1940s

The 1940s is the decade William Hanna and Joseph Barbera first collaborated on an animated project, but before they founded Hanna-Barbera.

All of their work is the Tom and Jerry theatrical shorts done at MGM Animation. This list also includes the Droopy theatrical shorts also done at MGM Animation, which Hanna and Barbera would be attached to as producers in the 1950s.
